The remainder of this Policy sets out the legal framework underpinning the foregoing undertakings.
02Scope of application
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, processing and disclosure of information by Presales Guru (“PSG”, “Company”, “we”, “us”) in connection with the Presales Guru and Document Guru products, the marketing properties associated therewith and any related interfaces, applications or services (collectively, the “Service”).
Where the Service is accessed pursuant to an arrangement between the Company and a subscribing organisation, that organisation acts as the controller in respect of customer data made available through the Service, and its own privacy notice will additionally apply to data subjects within its workforce.
03Categories of information
The Company processes only such categories of information as are reasonably necessary for the operation, security and improvement of the Service, including without limitation:
- Account information — identifiers such as name and email address, authentication artefacts and organisation affiliation.
- Operational metadata — non-content telemetry concerning use of the Service, including session, error and diagnostic data, used solely to operate, secure and improve the Service.
- Billing information — limited information necessary for the administration of subscriptions, invoicing and tax compliance. Payment instrument details are processed by an authorised payment processor and are not retained by the Company.
- Communications — correspondence and support requests submitted by you to the Company.
Content created, uploaded or transmitted by you in the course of using the Service is processed solely in furtherance of the contractual undertakings between the Company and the subscribing organisation, in accordance with the relevant order documentation.
04Purposes of processing
The Company shall process information solely for the following lawful purposes:
- provision and operation of the Service;
- authentication, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation and information security;
- administration of subscriptions, invoicing and related financial functions;
- provision of support and response to enquiries;
- aggregated and de-identified analytics for the improvement of the Service;
- compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Information shall not be processed for the purposes of advertising, profiling for marketing purposes, or for the benefit of any other customer of the Service.
05Artificial-intelligence model training
The Company does not use customer information for the training, fine-tuning or adaptation of any artificial-intelligence model, whether owned, licensed or operated by the Company or any third party, save where strictly necessary to deliver an immediate response and only on terms that prohibit retention beyond such response.
The Company applies logical isolation between customer environments and does not permit one customer's information to inform the responses delivered to another customer.
07Retention and deletion
Information is retained for so long as is necessary to provide the Service or to comply with applicable legal obligations. Customers may request export or deletion of information under the terms of the applicable order documentation, in which case the Company shall give effect to such request within commercially reasonable timeframes.
Aggregated, statistical or otherwise de-identified information that does not permit identification of any natural person may be retained for the operation and improvement of the Service.
08Rights of data subjects
Subject to applicable law, data subjects may have rights including, without limitation, the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to data portability and the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities.

09Security
The Company employs administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, consistent with industry-recognised practice and the nature of the information concerned. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be wholly secure.
10International transfers
The Service is delivered on a global basis and information may be processed in jurisdictions other than the data subject's jurisdiction of residence. Where required by applicable law, the Company shall implement appropriate safeguards in respect of such transfers.
11Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. The Company does not knowingly collect information from children.
12Amendments
The Company may amend this Policy from time to time. Material amendments shall be notified through the Service or by electronic mail in advance of taking effect.
