The terms that govern your use of Presales Guru and Document Guru.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”) and Presales Guru (“PSG”, “we”) when you access or use the Presales Guru and Document Guru services, our marketing websites and any related applications and APIs (the “Service”).

By creating an account, signing in, clicking “I agree” (or similar), or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription (if any), PSG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Probe, attack or interfere with the Service's security, availability or integrity.
• Upload malware, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the Service to build a competing AI model or to train any model on its outputs.
• Resell, sublicense or share access without our written consent.

You own your customer data, including ERP records, uploads, prompts and outputs you generate (collectively, “Customer Data”).

You grant PSG the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process and display Customer Data solely to provide and secure the Service for you. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models — see our Privacy Policy for the details.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process the Customer Data you bring to the Service, and for complying with applicable laws (including data-protection laws) in relation to it.

PSG uses large language models to generate research, questions, config sheets, proposals and document extractions. Outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI output before relying on it for business, legal, financial or compliance decisions. The multi-agent guardrails are designed to reduce risk, not to replace human judgment.

• Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout.
• Prices, plan features and usage limits are shown on our pricing pages and may change with notice for new billing periods.
• Free trials and free tiers may have feature, page or token limits.
• You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; current-period fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Taxes are billed where applicable. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.

PSG and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, models, design, branding and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you, except the limited licence in section 3.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care, to use it only to perform under these Terms, and to disclose it only to personnel and sub-processors who need it. Customer Data is treated as your confidential information.

We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is otherwise provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or that AI output will be accurate, complete or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Each party's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid or payable to PSG by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if greater.

You will defend and indemnify PSG against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Either party may terminate the agreement on notice. PSG may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for PSG or other customers.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period and will then delete it in line with our retention policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith discussion. If unresolved, they will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
